What is a guide, a master, a pastor? It is a scout who goes in reconnaissance and indicates the great stages as much as the small dangers of the journey. He is a friend, a brother, a companion of the road. He is a walker and a traveller with the community.

An Essene master makes the divine world appear and it is this path that he transmits. Life wills that a master has received and that then, he transmits. A master receives a seed from the Father, then he makes it grow and brings it all the way to its full blossoming and its union with the divine world. This is why he is a master: he makes a work of what he has received. He becomes a father-mother of the Light. An Essene master is a tree of life, for he is the living, resurrected body of the Tradition. He is the unique point of convergence. He is the path and the door that lead towards a higher world.

There is always one who is in front and one who is behind, one who opens the march and one who closes it. Those who come after us and for whom we are the ancestors will be those who will carry us into the future.

What is a certitude, it is that the greatest must be the greatest servant. It is an absolute rule, it is a commandment of the Father.

And in reality, the Essenes do not come for men, they come for the Mother, the earth and all the creatures, visible and invisible, that populate Her.

In the month of February 2006, Olivier Manitara announced the succession of masters for the realization of the great work of God on earth in these terms:

Olivier Manitara has resurrected for our epoch this primordial state of consciousness of the Essenes, having himself consecrated the major part of his life to strengthening and making grow the work of Light of the one whom he considers as his father-mother, Master Peter Deunov.
